What kind of church is First Community Interfaith Institute Inc.?

First Community Interfaith Institute Inc. is a very unique organization. We are a spiritual and cultural organization, plus a teaching church, that promotes the development of African-American people. Our educational programs are designed with families in mind. We are not a social agency, nor do we serve as a welfare agency.

What is the purpose of the Institute?

Our purpose is not to "save" anyone, but to enhance our people's liberation and self-determination.

What kind of religion or ideology does the Institute promote?

At the Institute, all faiths are permitted to worship with us. We do not give anyone a particular religion or ideology. Our goal is to help develop a Doology for African-American people. If there is one religion is is the truth. If there is a right ideology it is Doology.

What is the best way to learn more about the Institute ?

The best way to learn about the Institute is to see us in action. Our Family Hour Worship Service is the ideal time to see us practicing Doology. In Rochester our church service is from 4-6 pm, and our Ohio chapter has church service from 11 am -12 pm.
